Feed bin monitoring — made simple
Reduce decision making and eliminate human error. Every bin level is set on a diagram of that exact bin and goes straight to the dashboard, so the feed mill can deliver on its own schedule.
Try it. Drag the dots to match the feed level, then tap Update — your reading lands in the dashboard just like it would on the farm.
Any make and size — the diagram and capacity match the real bin, and adjust with the feed density.
Whether a bin uses a scale, a sensor, or Bindicate itself, all of your bins are in one place.
Who read it, when, and any note for the mill — the same reading for the site, the office, and the mill.

Why it's different
Diagrams and capacities matched to your bin's actual brand, diameter, and ring count — not a generic tank icon. Adjust the feed density and the bin's total capacity adjusts with it.
A reading is set on a diagram of the real bin, not scribbled on a whiteboard or guessed from memory — so it's the same reading, taken the same way, whoever checks the bin.
Scan the bin's QR sticker and update it by hand — or skip the walk entirely: a bin with a scale or a bin sensor reports its own level, emailed straight into Bindicate and onto the dashboard next to everything else.
Farms, barns, and bins in a single dashboard, with access granted person by person.
From setup to a reading you can trust
Pick your bin from the list — manufacturer, diameter, and ring count or height. The diagram and capacity for that bin are already there. Not listed? Request it from the app and we add it.
Scan the QR sticker or open the bin in the app, then drag to set the level — or tap Full / Empty. Bins fitted with a scale or a sensor update themselves.
The level, who entered it, when, and any note for the mill show up on the dashboard the moment Update is tapped.
Site managers, the office, and the feed mill all see the same reading — no calls to confirm what a bin looks like, no re-checking.

No black box
Each update is stamped with the person who made it and the time — or tagged as coming from the bin's scale or sensor — and admins can look back through any bin's history. A note left in Spanish is translated into English the moment it's opened (and the other way around), with the original kept alongside. When a number looks off, it's easy to see where it came from — and to fix it.
An AI assistant lives in the dashboard and answers from your own data — which bins haven't been updated this week, how much feed a site is holding, or why a scale report didn't come through. It can walk you through setup and help diagnose an issue on the spot, no support ticket needed.
Early access
Bindicate is currently in development. Leave your email if you are interested in testing Bindicate on your farm.
No spam — just a note when Bindicate is ready to try.
Farmhands update bins from their phone. Android and iPhone versions are on their way to the stores.
Bindicate is meant to be used from the ground. Never use your phone while climbing a bin, ladder, or catwalk. Readings are estimates based on what you see and enter, so use good judgment when ordering feed. See the Terms of Use.
